Reminder...

Students in third - fifth grades will begin testing next week. Getting ready for the CRCT (or any exam) requires more than just studying. Being physically fit is essential.

A nutritious breakfast
is important. Even toast and a piece of fruit will provide body and brain energy.

Establish a regular bedtime
routine. Most children need at least 8 hours of sleep each night.

Exercise
increases oxygen to the brain and helps with thinking and memory. Consider some family walks or running games in the yard.

Whatever you do, please make sure your child is physically and mentally prepared to perform his/her best.
