Welcome to our site! We are excited about this year and look forward to helping all of our students reach their fitness goals. We will use lots of excercises, games and equipment to show students fun ways to stay fit. We encourage students to be as active as they can outside of the school setting as this will only improve the level they're at now. October is Family fitness month but we hope families will plan special times to play together all year. December we are counting down the 12 days of fiteness, the teacher said to do: 1 set of crab ABC's 2 line sprints 3 laps of jogging 4 push ups 5 Bicep curls 6 squat thrusts 7 mountain climbers 8 sit ups 9 jump and taps 10 calf raises 11 jumping jacks 12 seconds stretching and a magic elf watching over you!!!! ;-) have fun!!!!!! Feel free to join our class with your child as long as you come ready to play too! Let this be the year that you decide, commit, succeed!
