When I try to login the page says Either your user name or password is not correct. Please try again!

Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly. If you forgot your user name or password, the Portal Account Owner will be required to go to any Paulding County school, present a picture ID, and complete a password reset form.

In the event that you are not able to appear in person, you will need to complete the following absentee Portal Activation Request form.

Absentee Instructions: The properly notarized form, along with a copy of your picture ID, must be submitted by mail or fax to the principal of any one of your children. Forms that are not properly notarized or if no copy of a picture ID is submitted, your request will be denied. This is to protect the privacy of your children.

When I try to login the page says Your user account has been disabled!

After 3 unsuccessful login attempts, your user account will be disabled. Once a user account becomes disabled, the Portal Account Owner will be required to go to any Paulding County school, present a picture ID, and complete a password reset form.
