Office of Student Assessment and Data Utilization
The Office of Student Assessment and Data Utilization is a part the School Improvement Department of the Paulding County School District (PCSD) and shares the mission of providing support for Needs-Based Instruction through systemic collaboration to ensure student success. In order carry out this mission, the main responsibilities of this office are to:
- Manage the administration of the state-wide and system-wide testing program.
- Provide data and information to assist in the evaluation and improvement of instructional programs in place.
The content of this website includes an overview of the Student Assessment Program for the Paulding County School District and provides links to additional information about student assessments that are a part of the Paulding County Student Assessment Program, and resources that will assist students as they prepare for a specific assessment administration. There is also a link to student assessment results.
Test Security Procedures
The Paulding County School District follows test security guidelines as they are outlined on pages 27-47 in the Student Assessment Handbook developed by the Division of Assessment and Accountability of the Georgia Department of Education. A copy of the Student Assessment Handbook is available for review on the Paulding County School District Website and in the office of the Director of Student Assessment located in the main office of the Paulding County Board of Education.
