Tutoring at McClure Middle School

Tutoring is available before or after school to all students who attend McClure Middle.  Please check each teacher's web page to see which days and times they have set aside for tutoring or consult the list posted below.  If you want your student to come to tutoring, we ask that you email the specific teacher to set up tutoring session.  Your student can also ask the teacher to schedule a tutoring session.  We ask that you please provide the teacher with at least 24 hours notice.  Teachers will have to provide a written pass for students to attend a tutoring session during the morning time slots.  If your student's teacher doesn't offer tutoring on the day that you need for your child to attend, please contact your student's teacher to discuss alternative plans.  Students are allowed to attend tutoring with other teachers who teach the same subject.  If you have any questions, please contact the school for more information.

Math Tutoring During the School Day

Beginning in October 2011, SMMS will offer math tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school day.  Students  will have been identified by teachers as to whether or not they will attend this tutoring. However, if parents feel that they would benefit from this service, they should contact their child's math teacher.
