Dr. Connie Dugan Elementary School is located at 1362 Winn Road in south Paulding County next to South Paulding High School and opened in 2005.  

Dr. Connie Dugan was an educator in Paulding County for many years. Her dedication to children's education has been an inspiration to many teachers throughout the county. The staff at Dugan Elementary is dedicated to continuing her legacy of creating a safe and nurturing learning environment to all students.
